Students will create, populate and animate virtual worlds and bring them to life using CoBlocks (a “snap-together” programming language). Then you’ll enter and interact with your creations. Soar on a dragon’s back, challenge friends to your virtual escape room, or brave a shark-infested wreck! That’s just the beginning. If you can imagine it, you can make it.
Requires one of the following: Windows desktops/laptops, Chromebook or iPad. A mouse is highly recommended for Windows and Chromebooks.
Similar to Out of this World – with VR! class but with an emphasis on programming. You’ll learn the building blocks of code while bringing your virtual worlds to life.

You'll need those skills to clone cows(nothing can go wrong there), help the chicken cross the road, storm a castle, start a stampede of wild animals, and more.
That’s just the beginning. If you can imagine it, you can code it.

Mario Cart: This is a kart-racing game in which players compete with characters from the Mario universe. As players race against other drivers, they can use “cartoony” power-ups (e.g., bombs, turtle shells, fireballs) to impede opponents' progress. Some attacks result in vehicles spinning out, flipping into the air; comical yelps and colorful explosions accompany the action. Switch Only!
